Nightly Rates
RV Campsite Rates
Premium Sites are $55.00 per day
Standard Sites are $45.00 per day

Cabin Rates
Cabins are $100.00 per day on Sunays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and $129.00 per day on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
A $100.00 surety deposit will be taken at the time of registration, which is refundable unless there has been damage to the cabin. We expect our cabins to be left reasonably clean, the refrigerator emptied of food, stove and oven clean, dishes washed and put away, floor swept, and garbage removed.

Cabins are not eligible for AAA, AARP, Good Sam, or Military discounts.
Tent Site Rate
Tent Sites are $35.00 per day
Weekly Rate
If you stay for 7 nights, you pay for 6 nights. No other discounts would apply.
Monthly Rate (campsites only)
$400.00 plus tax and electricity. All of our sites are metered and read by the computer daily. We also require a $100.00 refundable surety deposit at the time of registration.

Holiday Weekend Rate
We require a 3 night minimum stay paid in full at the time of making the reservation for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends.
Our rates are based on 2 adults and 3 children per site. Each additional person will be charged $5.00 per day.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy for Campsites
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of arrival date for a refund of deposit less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date will be given a credit toward future visits at Memphis Jellystone Park™ less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
A failure to cancel a reservation will result in forfeit of full deposit.
Cancellation Policy for Lodges
Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of arrival date for a refund of deposit less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will forfeit full deposit.
