Cabin Rates and Fees
Memphis Jellystone Park™ has several brand new cabins available for your use.
Nightly Rate
Cabins are $100.00 per day on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and $129.00 per day on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Weekly Rate
If you stay for 7 nights, you pay for 6 nights. No other discounts would apply.
Holiday Weekend Rate
We require a 3 night minimum stay paid in full at the time of making the reservation for Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends.
Cabin Fees
A $100.00 surety deposit will be taken at the time of registration, which is refundable unless there has been damage to the lcabin. We expect our cabins to be left reasonably clean, the refrigerator emptied of food, stove and oven clean, dishes washed and put away, floor swept, and garbage removed.
A 2 night minimum stay is required for our cabins. A one night's deposit will be taken at the time of making the reservation.
Our rates are based on 2 adults and 3 children per site. Each additional person will be charged $5.00 per day.

Cabins
In addition to our great RV sites the Jellystone Park in Memphis has several brand new cabins available for your use. With plenty of room for small and large groups alike, our cabins are a great alternative to tents or hotels and provide a full-featured vacation experience. All of our cabins include:
- Great room with fully equipped kitchen
- Loft that sleeps 4
- Television
- Master bedroom
- Full bathroom with shower
- Electric fireplace
- Sofa that sleeps an additional 2 people
There is a screened-in porch on the front of the cabin. Each cabin site is also equipped with a picnic table and fire ring.
When you rent a cabin you will need to bring bedding for 1 queen bed and 3 double beds, towels, and dishwashing liquid.
Cabin Policies and Information
No smoking or pets are permitted in our cabins.
The maximum number of people in a cabin is 8.
Cabins are not eligible for AAA, AARP, Good Sam, or Military discounts.
Cabin Check-in / Check-out Time
Check-in time for cabins is 3:00 PM and is strictly enforced. No keys will be given out before 3:00 PM.
Check-out time for cabins is 11:00 AM.
Cabin Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of arrival date for a refund of deposit less a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will forfeit full deposit.
